Edgewater is the #1 seed.  They have a chance to become only the second Orange County school to do what Winter Park did in 1980, which is defeat Lakeland in the playoffs.  The pressure is on them.  Now they gotta prove it. Dated a girl in college that graduated from Riverdale.  I use to clown her about how bad her school was.  Now she's talking about how her school is going to win and cheating ass Lakeland is going to lose.  

@Nulli Secundus you better stop worrying about Riverdale  put your energy towards beating Edgewater tonight.  Ask @Manatee Magic Riverdale is going down tonight!

I only have Carrollwood Day earning their first point in my pickems this weekend and that is the only thing that matters.

I'm proud of and feel sorry for Riverdale.  Definitely a memorable season thus far. If they win tonight, they will undoubtedly run into a region 4 juggernaut. 

State Semifinal Loss = 1 point: State Championship Runner up = 2 points; State Championship Tie = 4 points. State Championship Win = 5 points. Charlotte has 3 semifinal losses: 1970 lost to runner up Shanks (Quincy) after defeating Tarpon Springs the previous week. 2002 lost to runner-up Tampa Jefferson after defeating STA the previous week. 2016 lost to state champ Miami Carol City after defeating Ft. Myers the previous week.
