GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The FHSAA has released the second set of RPI football rankings heading into Week 10 on Tuesday afternoon.
In Classes 5A-8A, district records were taken into account to determine a projection for the playoffs.
RPI is calculated using three components with Win Percentage (WP) accounting for 35%, Opponents Win Percentage (OWP) accounting for 35% and Opponents’ Opponents Win Percentage (OOWP) accounting for 30%
The formula looks like this written out RPI = (WP)*.35+ (OWP)*.35+(OOWP)*.30
Down below you will see eight links (one for each classification) that breaks down the RPI rankings for each region and district, plus projected seedings based upon the current RPI rankings.
The most important thing to remember that this will change each and every week through the end of the season.
NOTE: Coaches should always check with the FHSAA and MaxPreps to make sure things are correct on their team schedule.
Links will be added as each classification is posted.
