Nothing against Union but Baldwin is just that much improved from last year.

Union County is having a bad year. 

Proset, the Bellview coach also got 23 transfers in this off season so it's not as if he is winning with the same kids. The recruiting pipeline to only OTC gas slowed and the results in the field are the result. Just my opinion.

More than just a game, my man. Gotta get these players on the right path. 

As big a Newberry is they have no problem going for it on 4th down from anywhere on the field, I agree that Pahokee has the speed to run down all of Newberry backs but can they make a stop every time when it's 4th and 1 and those 300 lb plus linemen are firing off the ball. Just my opinion but i see Newberry making this a short or fast moving game giving Pahokee limited chances with possessions. On the other hand if Pahokee can block a punt or make a couple of turnovers or even run back a kick for score then the game will swing in there direction. This game will defiantly be worth the price of admission    

Newberry by 6. Two things about Dixie is they play their best at home and in the games that matter the most. However, Newberry is a playoff caliber team and they secure their spot for the big dance by physically dominating Dixie late in the game.
 
Trenton by 18. Williston can't seem to live up to the hype they had before the season started. They're just not on the same level as Trenton.

A lot of teams would be better if they only had six plays.  So many times I see teams that if they could get a handful of plays down pat they would be much more competitive.  I'm not really familiar with Newberry's offense but sometimes simple is best.

Newberry is good football team but they do what Dixie is built to stop, Newberry will have to be more productive in the passing game if they want to win 

I dont think Newberry can score 21 against Dixie.

I don't see Trenton having any trouble Dixie v Newberry should be a good one.  District play is so much fun I am sure going to miss it.

I don't know what the motive was and any loss of life is tragic but to lose a man that is giving his time to mold boys into men is especially sad.  whoever killed him had no regard for the players with him. Exposure to this sort of violence will scar these boys for life. I don't know if there is an answer but we are losing way too many men in the prime of their life.

Trenton and Newberry was a WAR, Newberry has a running back that runs hard to stop and shifty QB. Final was 19 to 18 Trenton could have had at least 6 more but fumbled the ball into and out of the endzone with around 2 min to play. Hats off to Newberry they are good football team

Never really in question St Joe had the chance to blow it open but turned over on downs twice inside the 5.  I wish these boys would realize you not going to win just because you put on that jersey you have to focus. I hate homecoming games too many distractions.

Fort white by as many as they want

Two people were shot at a Boca Raton football game a few years back just 40 yards from the field.  I believe there was a fairly large physical fight with lots of fans from rivalry schools this season up in Fort Pierce which lead to the game being canceled in the 3rd quarter or something...It happens and it really sucks when it ruins the game and true rivalry.
I'm sure you could find isolated incidents throughout the US with acts of violence unfortunately happening at high school games.  Sometimes inner-city , sometimes rural , sometimes great teams, sometimes poor teams.  We may not hear about it but you could probably find violent acts being committed in the back woods of West Virginia at football games just as much or more so South Florida. It does not make them bigger rivals, better teams or a more dangerous city/town - just more foolish and more morons showing up at football games.
 
Call me crazy but the true rivalry of a high school game is what happens ON the field, not off the field idiots looking for attention.

LOL yea i see that but i hope they wrong, We all got lucky when the eye moved to the east about 40 miles. I am in Gainesville now and it's hardly blowing at all with very little rain 

I have no problem with 1 weekend of games... I just wish they would do it Friday-Sunday.

I am of the opinion that if you are a 1A team and just because you play a bigger school in 5A or 8A does not mean that said team is a quality team, Take Eastside last year for example Newberry won that game pretty solid why would you award bonus points to Newberry for beating a bad team. 

Your wrong about 1A, 1A class will more than triple 2A  and have more fans than 3A and 4A . The 1A game needs to be a Friday night game
