From the Tampa Bay Area: Pinellas Park High School- Went 10-0 in 2018 and lost in the first round to Palmetto 38-21. With the losses of starting QB Brandon Coppola and LB AJ Mathis (Miami commit) to nearby Largo High School and Derek Bryant to American Collegiate Academy (formerly known as Superior Collegiate) that only leaves Lawrance Toafili (FSU commit) in the backfield for them. Can LT handle the load all by himself for a potential playoff run? St. Petersburg High School- Coming off of a 6-4 season where the talent was poised to big things this 2019 season. The Green Devils have suffered major losses on their roster, with the most of them being transfers. This St. Pete team looks depleted and it showed during their Kickoff Classic against a very good Chamberlain team. The Green Devils lost the classic on the their brand new turf field 42-0. It is looking like a potential down year for the Green Devils. How do you bounce back with the amount of talent that was lost?

Hillsborough County Openings Strawberry Crest job has been filled (don’t know by who) Freedom- opened up (HC is becoming an AP at Middleton) Middleton- opened up I feel bad for Fred at Middleton bc of everything that happened in the past month. Anyone know who got the Crest job? My sources are saying it was an assistant at Armwood. Not sure though. That’s a TOUGH district to be in and to get a job this late in the game makes it not so ideal.

#1 is Plant City in 1914. #3 is Temple Heights (ended in 2005 I believe. My cousin went there) #5 is Coach Callahan at Armwood. Man was fixture there. Much respect for what he did. That's all I got lol.

Ray Ray McCloud from Sickles High School in Tampa, FL. Played his college ball at Clemson winning the National Championship in 2016-2017 and then was drafted after his junior season in the 6th round of the 2018 draft by the Buffalo Bills. Kid was electric at Sickles!!!! It was fun watching him play!

Leto and Dunedin are playing this upcoming fall in the Kickoff Classic! They are calling it the "Falcon Bowl: Battle for the Causeway Cup". I think it'll be good for both programs to play each other and be competitive.

Gibbs High School Assistant Head Football Coach, Joey Jaime has been named the Head Football Coach at Leto High School.

Hudson High School has pulled it's offer to Will McDonald.The article says he didn't follow up on paperwork. But the AD says they have a candidate in mind already, so it makes me think that they "settled" for McDonald which is terrible.
