    Western 2 losses

    #4 STA, #10 Coconut Creek

    Dillard 2 losses

#11 Cardinal Gibbons and a team that would be unranked in SFL Naples.

Plus Western has a much better win over Milton than Dillard has over Miramar

So Western has 2 better losses, and one better win than Dillard.

This is blind bias without question

& as far as Naples being unranked if they was in SFL I disagree with that with the athletes down here and the coaching staff they usually have Naples would easily be a top 15 down here in south Florida let’s not discredit them because they lost to a golden gate team who happens to be fielding one of their best teams if not their best team in program history this year.

because besides that lost Naples hasn’t lost and look very good heading into the playoffs in a few weeks.

Not even bias I get nothing out of putting western up under Dillard. As I stated last week no team in from the 10-15 range are title contenders right now, so it’s neither here or there where you put them, wether it’s 13,15 or 12. It’s just my opinion.

in my opinion is better then western. They beat them last year @ western & they have a pretty solid team this year as well & when they play at Miramar this year I fully expect the patriots to be victorious.

I had a chance to see Miramar twice this year & yes they faltered in the second half vs sta but @Jullianas my witness they gave sta all they could handle that first half AT sta which is why in my opinion Miramar is a overall better team & im right here in south Florida so I know.

& lastly as far as western having a better quality win then Miramar? Milton is (3-2) & the 25th!! Best team in GA. that team Miramar lost 14-20 is (5-1) & the number 5th team in VA.

Looks pretty good.  I would probably flip Norland over Columbus, but we will see how both perform against stiff competition this week. 12-15 you could argue about which team belongs were, but I am fine with where you have them. South Broward is undefeated, but has played only very weak competition, so I could not put them in the top 15.  Coconut Creek may belong higher just based on how

As far as creek goes yes they almost upset chaminade which was huge for their program but as of right now they’re 4-2 and each team above them I believe would win in a head to head.

South broward - I agree with you which is why they’re on the outside looking in even with an undefeated record. I actually think their SOS is negative something lol.

as for Columbus over norland - I did that because not only is Columbus a recent champion but they’re undefeated, and have been consistently elite the last few years. But we will have a better indication this weekend on what’s what.

  5. Big Friday night matchup (crowd wise) between Dillard & Chaminade. This would be the third consecutive year these teams have played, with the lions holding a (2-0) advantage.

last year this was a HIGHLY anticipated matchup in game 1 of the regular season. But with Dillard losing over 30 transfers in the off season a head coach , a offensive coordinator & a defensive coordinator, along with Dillard being fairly young this year ; This matchup is predicted to be over by halftime.

So far this year the lions have looked unstoppable where as my panthers they’ve looked stout on defense but a little stagnant on offense.

despite losing so much in the off season & starting out with such a tough schedule Dillard has competed in every game thus far. Problem is it was only for a half ; then the defense faltered because the offense could not execute vs a solid defense.

WHAT IM LOOKING TO SEE FROM DILLARD: Just give it YOUR ALL! , leave it all on the field & I can live with the results. One thing about Dillard they don’t shy away from any team, but the majority of the times they lose against the better teams. But if I’m the coach in that locker room. The message would be FIGHT! Fight like you’re saving you, your mom or grandmas life. This is a huge opportunity for us so let’s see if we can atleast be competitive.

PREDICTION: As much as i would love a Cinderella victory so I could storm the field with tears in my eyes after shocking the nation LMAO LOL , I just don’t think my panthers have nearly enough offense to pull it off. & while I think our defense is stout I don’t think this year it’s stout enough to slow down the lions for the upset. I think the Dillard hangs around maybe for a quarter defensively but the lions talent shows to be to much and the lions win 42-6.

#8. Palmetto (We can argue homestead is better, but the panthers won the head to head & their only lost is against nationally ranked Columbus)

#9. Homestead (the broncos play Columbus this week so we will see how they fare vs the explorers.)

    #10. Coconut Creek

To have the amount of police they need at Dillards home game would take a considerable amount out of the gate profits. The company they hire with the metal detector wands are insufficient, with hundreds in line they just hustle fans through. The visiting stands are right by the north fence where peeps can pass “stuff” through it. Most of the troubles come from the visiting fans(Stranahan, BA, Ely) , tryin to outhood the hood………Day games might b the answer.

Game as been rescheduled for Monday October 23rd 7pm. & we play @ sta that Friday smh.

STA is playing much better teams than Norland. Norland’s big win over Lakeland where they gave up 34 is overshadowed by STA’s demolition of Treasure Coast especially when TC and Lakeland are in the same tier.

Norland hasn’t played anyone in the stratosphere that STA has.

If Norland beats BTW and MC, you have my word they will be ranked over STA heading into the playoffs.

So we know who your contenders are who are your dark horses ? Matter fact put that in an opposite thread I’m about to tag you in.

My honorable recognition is just that. Highlighting a team having a real good season. I chose Titusville & Golden Gate b4, not because they’re even in my top 50 but because they’re having a great season “keeping” with what they’ve been in the past. Not very good!

yeah I hear u on Newman, but until (if) they get their QB BACK they’re not a top 25 team. If he comes back, I’d put them back in.

I reserve the right to add Dillard to my top 25. Your loss to Cardinal Gibbons  is looking worse every week, & they manhandled you in the 2cd half, as did Naples(with sum help from the stripes). Head to head do you beat Northwestern? Miramar is a good team but we saw last Friday they ain’t goin nowhere. Dillard has to beat a team they’re not suppose to beat………& u can’t lose to the teams remaining like Plantation & Ely.

You know me & you’re cool. So ima always respect your take.

S/N on the Miramar game lowkey that was a game we wasn’t “Suppose” to win 99.9% of the people picked us to lose lol.

Outside of losing to us miramar lost to a top 5 Virginia school & then gave sta all they could handle in the first half b4 falling in the second half. I’m sure a lot of teams would suffered that same fate.

but as far as everything else u said I’m with you.

And, looking on at Nolebull's list, Jesuit does not belong in a top 25, and Treasure Coast either, especially ranking them at 19 is a joke. But like I said, the bottom of the top 25 is difficult as there are many teams a case could be made for.

That I agree with. But all of this is based off opinions anyway, I’m just thankful to discuss high school football with you guys on here for as many years as I have. It’s all love at the end of the day. With that said let’s go panthers lol!

He's ranking MNW based on his perception of their potential. I don't think they should be top 25, but I also don't think Dillard should either, nor Treasure Coast for that matter. At the bottom end of the top 25, there are a number of teams one could make a case for ...

I get that but Dillard Potential is great as well. Rather they meet their potential is yet to be seen. I’m not even saying out Dillard in the top 25 but if MNW is there at 2-4 & only not 1-5 because of Newman starting qb not playing at all Friday, then Dillard should be up there but as you said right now, neither should be. GO DILLARD.

    *Honorable recognition: South Broward

South broward as the honorable mention over Dillard ? When their SOS is far far worst than Dillard ? Also I wouldn’t have have dropped Cardinal Newman or added MNW.

the crusaders was without their starting qb which is most def by far the most important position on the field.

& without their starting qb MNW was still only able to score 7 points. To get to 2-4. If MNW is in the top 25 at (2-4) then Dillard dam sure should be up there in my opinion at (2-2) should be (3-2) if it wasn’t for the canceled game last night.

I'm Feeling you brother. Cocoa never plays Merritt Island anymore... Fans get nutz after the game. Had a group of 16 year olds trying to get me fired up after they lost to Cocoa several years back. I had to just ignore them and keep walking to my car. I know they just wanted take their frustration out on anyone that was from the other school.

& it’s mostly this younger generation that has no regard or respect at all. I’m surprised that they let them in these games with those all over ski mask. Like I get it we’re still technically fighting through a pandemic but usually the ones who wear those type of mask are usually up to no good or around those whose up to no good.

Facts bro. And what’s crazy is that this game was @ b.a it wasn’t even at Dillard

At most Venice games, especially where a big rival comes to town (Riverview, Manatee, Miami Northwestern, Cocoa, etc,) there is always at least one guard with an automatic rifle standing on the opposing sideline. This has been a good deterrent for gun violence at our home games. Every stadium should have this.

What’s crazy is that it was police’s everywhere. Even parked on the field near the end zone on the track and all over the school & parking lot. Smh

I'm sorry bro.  I saw on Scorestream you said someone brought guns in. That's awful. Hope there was no shooting and that everyone stayed safe. It's a sick world.

It was a mess tonight man over 4,000 in attendance every young man had on them black all over ski mask which I’m surprised they even allow those in. I know technically we’re still in a pandemic but mask like that is a huge security risk.

Wouldn’t be surprised if no fans can come to the games or they have to have the game in the daytime

It’s like almost every other week we’re playing a team who view us as a RIVAL or big GAME. Ex: stranahan , plantation, ely, boyd anderson Miramar etc & when that happens it always brings a huge crowd which most of these schools fan bases only come out in droves when they play Dillard (B.A plantation) then that’s when the mess starts.

this our second game this year that was canceled & 4th game in the last year.
