We obviously have a different concept of the schools that are truly elite in FL (1-2% in my view) roughly 10-15 schools from year to year. In other words, by years end and final rankings do you really believe that school X ranked 37th will beat school B ranked #3 overall? Or when seeding comes out #40 can possibly defeat #1. I just don't see it, but that is simply my opinion and wonder what others think?
My vote, 1 open division with 12-16 teams and then 3 classifications. Based on data from LAZ, school population really doesn't matter much so make each one larger (bigger districts) for small, medium and large. Other schools can go independent or SSAA.
