Uh oh!  Looks like the dam is starting to leak.

Before open transfers. Now it’s a free for all. 

Larger districts would only do so much  Metro suburban literally was designed to fix the very thing you described in that second paragraph but you metro people cried because it meant you would have a shot at less titles so now we back to a broken system that WILL NEVER BE FIXED  They can drop 3 classifications and the system will still suck because student enrollment don't mean shit. You have 7a teams who lost to rural schools this season. You will never have competitive balance with student enrollment because teams are pulling talents from entire counties not just their zone  And before you claim thats just private schools, Gaither literally got a qb from Lakeland high school MID SEASON so no its not just private schools raiding talent across borders and even across counties 

Back then the panhandle did more of a wing t offense and played to their strengths. Now they try to play spread against the best athletes in the country
