  2. A couple of thoughts: Like always, it will trickle down. What happens at the NFL and collegiate levels will likely be replicated by high school teams, players and coaches. Based on what I've seen at local protests, my prediction (hope?) is that whatever is done this time around is more likely to be done by a larger group of players - if not entire teams - with white players joining black players more so than the last time around. I could even see opposing teams meeting at or close to midfield for the national anthem to kneel together in a unified effort. A lot will depend on what happens between now and mid-August. Yeah, I know that's only two months, but who would have thought in February that our country would be in the middle of a pandemic quarantine in April and who would have thought in April that peaceful protests and not-so-peaceful rioting would be taking place across our country in June? In other words, a lot can change in two months.
