Many. Most Dade County public schools don't have their own facilities. The ones that do are mostly in the South and South West part of the county. A number of North and Downtown Dade schools use Traz Powell. Among them are: Miami Northwestern, Carol City, Norland, Central, Booker T. Washington, etc. 

I would have to say to an extent yeah... @Zoe Boy just hear me out is it the only reason ? No not even close but the crowd can and have played a factor in a lot football and basketball games and not just in high school ...college and pro... the band. To especially at Black schools or even white schools to...how I know ?? I’ve seen it as a former player and coach ...you tell me a home crowd of over 3,000+ at a football game or basketball with it being 4th and goal with 1 second left crowd going insane or home team up one away team at the free throw line home crowd shaking the roof off the gymnasium...u mean to tell me that can’t even alter the game ?? It can and it has ...I kno that this is not even the main topic of this thread but since it was brought up I have to say in south Florida the crowd may not be a factor because compared to Texas and other States that’s live and breath football fans down here especially in the hood they don’t give Af ...it can be a crowd of 1000 plus and u can’t even here them half don’t even know when or who scores a td cuz they in their phone on ig or Facebook.

No.  Venice got beat down the previous year against a better STA team, they were at Home, hungry and got by a significantly down STA team who had a LB playing QB for that game.   You know that is the case.  Don't start making excuses now for 7A North towards competing with another program.  At least stay on point.

This means if you actually travel out the state before and talk football , when they ask you where you from and you tell them FL , their not talking about IMG... How do I know you may ask cause I do travel a lot and have relationships with ppl that coach at different states throughout the country and we talk and IMG is not the representation of fla... Keep listening to the National Board.. They probably trolling you more with IMG cause they know you hate them.. Them dudes know what time it is when it comes to football...

In Between Broward and Davie by 95 is actually all Stranahan.   Contrary to popular belief (for some) , Stranahan is actually more so in STA's backyard - not Dillard like some perceive:

If I am not mistaken Dillard's  zone was more centered around Sunrise, like Broward blvd (west of 95) to 441 (SR7), north up to 19th St and east to like Powerline:
 
There is no doubt that back in the day Dillard's roster had a lot of neighborhood kids surrounding Dillard HS , but 20+ years later things have changed.  Mighty might be able to confirm this but has the vibe at Dillard shifted to more of a basketball atmosphere in terms of putting on that Panther uniform as a Dillard Panther with pride from the local kids in the neighborhood?
I'm not saying football is still not big in those neighborhoods but it seems football seems to be of less emphasis from the community of late versus basketball?

Disagree... College coaches care non about being a National power in high school.  They study film and if a player is good enough and has the proper promotion (coaches still have to promote their kids and get them in the faces of said colleges) they will get a scholarship.
Now for the kids the mindset might be changing they may want to be at IMG because they feel the cool thing is to play for a national power but what is like .00005% of kids who can actually go play there on the grand scheme of things. 
IMG is not as big an issue as you all make them out to be. 

Only if you visit national message boards... NO one else give a F about them..  The bradenton herald rarely even sends anyone to their games... Sure the 247s and rivals of the world fawn over them but those are both crooked subscription organizations. 

Last I heard, they were in talks and things were looking good for a game. Not sure on date or location (or if it got finalized).

Let's just say unless a private school wants you it isn't as easy as just transferring for every kid.  Odds are a 5-6 team like South Broward doesn't have 20 kids a STA or Gibbons wants.  I'm sure they could get more money from a Westminster or Pine Crest, but what is the point of going to one of them.  If a private school wants you you will know.  I have had parents of big private schools we don't even play at our games with financial aid packets and applications already printed out to give to certain players after the game.  Have also had head coaches of private schools we don't play have the guts to come right up to certain players after our games and give them their emails and talk back and forth.  Right  before the talks get too specific into money they say come in to school for a visit, so no record of it. 90% of the time if a kid transfers to a big private school they have been talked to.  Always exceptions to the rule though.

CP TIME

They aren’t hiding it from anyone because I don’t even think the schedules for Miami are finalized. Last I heard the Miami coaches didn’t even have their full schedules with dates, times, locations. That was only a couple weeks ago that I heard that. 

You know how it is down here and it’s straight sad! Like who they hiding it from??

I believe we can win 2 out of the 4 we actually have a solid coaching staff at the helm a aggressive defense a above avg qb transfer from Deerfield but hey one game at a time
