Crazy though down at the bottom 2 1-7 schools are playing for a championship, and 0-8 Space Coast is the number 1 seed that has a bye week straight to the championship.

All championships are not created equal, I guess.

I think it’s a toss up with the Ft. Pierce teams, rival game and all. Central played well against TC but when compared to the Vero games, Vero beat Westwood 35-0 and Central 45-6. I think it’s gonna be pure luck on this pick lol.

Cardinal Newman vs Benjamin - Possibly the best in PBC. 
Deland vs OC University - Change of mind, University, the unbeaten team, in a nail biter.
 Columbus vs Norland - With Mendoza out, Norland wins this game fairly comfortably.
Hudson vs Williston - Hard game to pick. I selected Williston just BC Pasco County football is usually pretty bad. 
South Sumter vs Vanguard - Another hard game to pick. I am going with the bigger school. 
Tampa Bay Tech vs Jesuit - Jesuit seems to be on the upswing. 
Western vs Miramar - If Western is to have any chance in 4M, they need to win this game. 
Mainland vs Osceola - I believe Mainland wins a nail biter, but would not be surprised if Osceola upsets them. 
 
Sarasota Riverview vs Manatee - Manatee loses its second game in a row to a Sarasota County team. 
Ft Pierce Central vs Westwood - FPC should win coming off its good performance against TC. 
South Dade vs Booker T - ICE Harris all the way.
Buchholz vs Bartram Trail - It's looking like Buchholz may be for real.
Wakulla vs NFC - I will take the Public over the Private in this one. 
Wekiva vs Jones - Jones dashes Wekiva's hopes of a playoff spot.
Anclote vs Weeki Wachee - Both of these teams are really bad; I literally flipped a coin. This is like Colonial playing Cypress Creek.

With great sorrow I would like to announce I may be stepping away from the game of football as a fan and spectator indefinitely. After witnessing what I just witnessed out of the Miami Hurricanes I can no longer with good conscience support such things. It is taking a toll on my health & mental stability. Totally agree even with less talent other years the team has always seemed “together” every game this year looks like a Spring game or Kickoff Classic, like there’s not a lot of chemistry between everyone on the team, it feels different this year for whatever reason.

I watched Vero against Central this evening. There's something off kilter with Vero. They won 45-6, and yes, FPC is really bad, but Vero had 3 turnovers and gave up multiple sacks. I've seen them against Dwyer (preseason), Miami NW, Palm Beach Gardens, Sanford, and now FPC. They've looked nothing like what I thought they would this year, and just seem really unorganized and lacking intensity except for the Miami NW game.
