954, it still might be a qualifier, but with a different 7 on 7 organization. These start-up businesses are on their own($$$). By end of July they'll be a dozen National Champions. Like boxing sanctioning bodies and promoters it's about the money, hence the "wild, wild west." How much do two Porta-O-Lets run ya for a day ?

i know they have a bunch of guys on SFE, but I was just curious.   I always hear CC, BTW, Miramar, etc, but never MNW.   I figure if they had a team they'd be the team to beat.

954, it's like the wild,wild west. You got to be there at the tournaments and do some leg work to keep up. And even then no one really cares cause they got another 20 minute/40yard game coming up. Coaches always wanted to practice in the summer and now they legally can with no penalties. But it takes $$$$ to play. Below is the website for the USAFootball 7 on 7 that had Saturday's 16 team event in Orlando. At $425 per team X's 16 teams = $6,800. And what do you get. I saw no trophy. Maybe I missed it or was just trying to get the hell out of there after the sun burned my a$$ for eight hours. Teams supplied their own drinks. Two, and I repeat Two port-o-lets ( FOR 16 TEAMS!). You can imagine how disgusting that was by the late afternoon. All games were played on two side by side 100yd fields. At the 50yd line of both were two 8x8 pole tents facing opposite directions with a young girl controling the scoring/clock. She got instruction from one of the two referees. They were clueless to the teams playing 5 minutes after a game ended. NEXT.....I never saw a coach write a score down. The small scoring displays were zero'd out seconds after the games ended. Win and keep playing, lose and go home. A pretty simple format was used. Brunswick, Ga. is listed as going to Hoover, Alabama next month for a championship tournament. They lost to Mainland in the championship final. But that just tells me Mainland has other plans for the summer. With 7 on 7's everywhere all over the country every week it's got to be about the money. Carol City beat Miramar 14-7 to win the Miami Dolphins 7-on-7 tournament

Lol Zoe I remember when BTW and Pahokee used to go at it.   One time I think Pahokee or BTW got in a brawl after one of them lost.   Think it was Pahokee that lost can't remember.  

I wouldn't say that though. Yes they beat them with a score that would make it look like that, but DFB wasn't pushed around at all,  they were in that game right up until halftime when Grayson chucked a Hailmary TD as the time expired.   Then in the second half DFB went pick 6 city.   
Truth is playing at a venue like Grayson is something DFB wasn't ready for.   Nothing like that type of home field advantage here in Fl IMO.  Who knows how the refs were.  (They were horrible vs Miamj Central when they went up there.)
To IMG's credit they beat Grayson at their house.   IMG IS big and bad, but what some people are saying about STA or some other national powers not being able to beat them is exaggerated.

I'll be waiting on that apology.... IMG struggled against Carol City last year... I expect the same when they play the west...

I don't know what Florida sees in Jake Allen because every game i saw him in he didn't look that impressive to me and if anything he looked like the weak link of that offense but that's just me

BTW won 2 camps so far and yes Stranahan lmao.. Very interesting...

I believe Coconut Creek won a UM tournament last week and BTW also won something as well...
One of the bigger ones is the Miami Dolphins 7v7 and that is this weekend over at that big park (Central) in Plantation.

It's a reason you can't find that game and I remember it like it was yesterday.. Browardhandicapper can quote me in this if I'm wrong.. I read the coach for IMG complained about AHP was playing too rough on defense... I'm telling you IMG took that game serious.. KOC or not...

Oh don't get me wrong they may very well wax the 3 teams from Dade... Ijs I wouldn't be surprise if all those games are competitive... 

AHP had DE Brian Burns 6'4 230 (FSU) ,  NT Tedarrell Slaton  6'5 360 (UF),  DT George Ellis 6-2 290 (TCU), DT Decarlo Hamilton 6-4 315 (Charlotte), and DE Noah Curtis 6'6 230 (FIU).   That's a formidable Dline right there.    Add to that they had three linebackers 220+ in Lawrence Graham,  Bradley Clement, and Willie Hampton (Tulane, FAU, and Nebraska respectively).    
Their Oline was huge as well.   The monster Slaton played both ways.   Kai Leon Herbert 6-5 290 (Miami),  Robert Hawkins 6-4 280 (FAU).    
 IMO if you are going to beat IMG in a slow methodical game you need LOS players like this.   This is why I don't think Central's style will have much success (they will get beat at their own game IMO)  MNW doesn't have that size either, but they have a much more dynamic pass game with a QB that can run 4.5ish.    
Another thing about IMG is they won't have that freak Kellen Mond at QB.  That kid bailed out that offense waaaaay more than people gave him credit for.   With the Oline they had he just ran for yards from shotgun at will.   Don't think Sitkowski will bring that to the table.   
PS.  Not 100% sure about all those AHP players.   Some might have transferred in after, but my point being that AHP was one of the few teams that could physically match up.  (that year at least)

The game being nationally televised tends to make teams want to play like it was a real game also.   Again Plant being maybe the sole exception.  Remember that beating they took from Manatee a while back?
