That's all I found.  I could be wrong on some of them and some might change with 1 week left.  The biggest problem I have is if these teams have a rematch after the first round the district runner up will host the champ.  The one I see being the biggest is Apopka vs Seminole.

If they had large districts I would agree but some team winning a crappy 2-3 team district doesn't deserve to host just because they got put into a 2-3 team district.  The system sucks always has always will and its getting worse not better.

so Dillard if it ended today you would host Coconut Creek round 1  Ely round 2 and travel to STA round 3

I don't necessarily disagree with you except in rare situations that the fhsaa can't do better an put people in small districts.  Look at my volleyball example that just happened.  That's horrible.  

(a) Playoff field will be made up of 32 teams in each class. (b) 8 Qualifiers in each region. 4 District champions and 4 at large qualifiers. Teams will be seeded 1-8 based on the final FHSAA Power Rankings. (c) Higher seed will always host in regional tournament.

That is correct badbird. The immediate throwing of the football to the ground to conserve time by the player directly positioned behind the snapper that has neither been muffed nor touched the ground previously is a legal exception.

Treasure Coast probably won't make the playoffs if they lose to Vero.  Dumb decision to make the schedule that tough.

I know it's early and you might say things will work out but the ranking is is a joke and has been for however long they have been using it.  It's better to win close vs a bad team than a close loss to a great team.

my understanding is the starting ranking is gone by the end of the season.  All computers have to have a starting point and as the season goes along that starting point means less.  If Laz was here he could explain better.
I would have been ok using Pinkos ratings.  I feel out of all computer rankings his were the best.  Sadly there is no perfect or fair system.
