Well damn!, Other state games I have been too are New Jersey, VA (DMV area) Georgia, and Texas.

Talk about a turnaround.  Last season, the Pirates started the season with a 40-0 loss to Dunnellon and a 28-0 loss to West Port of Ocala.  After upsetting Dunnellon 20-13 last week, the Pirates managed a 35-32 victory over West Port this past Friday.  West Port is led by future Tennessee qb Brian Maurer, who had 4 first half TD passes.  Congratulations to first year head coach Cliff Lohrey for the great turnaround.  Something tells me they are doing it without a load of FBS transfers that showed up after last season.   
This is the first time the Pirates have started a season 2-0 since 2012.

East High from Salt Lake City, UT, who has been nationally ranked in the past, is playing at Allen(#1 in TX) in Dallas Friday night

Immokalee vs Barron Collier: Immokalee is another team that was hyped up before the season and have been blown out the last 2 weeks. Barron Collier beat one of those top Colorado teams then lost a close one to Superior Collegiate by 1 point. Last year Immokalee won 48-40. My gut tells me Immokalee about to be 0-3. Maybe I'm wrong?

To go one step further, they lost 37 straight games at one point. For a long time, the school struggled to keep students at Forest Hill. The losses many contended were from the changing demographics of Forest Hill as Jones and Smith left and replaced with Gonzalez and Martinez who were not interested in football. The current coach has been Head Coach since 2013 and on staff the 2011 season. It helps to have some continuity which is what a lot of teams lack. It also helped when the Athletic Director Kurt Van Valkenburgh (former DC at Florida Athletic University) came in and cleaned up the mess as players grades were doctored before him. The new AD (since 2015) focused on new equipment for the weight room and had been a strength and conditioning guy for Palm Beach Atlantic University and Forest Hill.
While the community often looks inward (former players, alumni, people with connection to area), I think one of the things that has helped Forest Hill has been a disconnect to the past. The Head Coach played high school football in Pennsylvania and worked at several high schools in the Treasure and Palm Beach areas. It gives him an outsider perspective. Same as the AD.

If Dwyer stumbles, will Forest Hill be your new pick for R4?  or Olympic Heights?

Speaking of Florida football, have you told those Texas boyz you'd rather sit at home and watch Florida football on the computer instead of going to their crappy hs stadiums yet?   And when u done with that, tell 'em you don't like their goofy hats or big belt buckles either.  You gonna done fine there, Panther, I just know it.

1. Riverdale vs Dunbar.  Riverdale, a long time pushover is unbeaten including the kickoff classic. Dunbar came into the season with a lot of hype and is 0-2.
2. Cypress Lake vs Fort Myers. Both 2-0. Is Cypress Lake for real?

If interested, check out where Kodiak Alaska is on a map.  They play in a league with teams from the Kenai Peninsula.  They travel to the mainland and vice versa.  It takes nearly 15 hours to Soldotna(where I saw the game), 10 hours of which is a ferry ride.  Kodiak is playing a team in Fairbanks this year.  Travel time will be about 24 hours...each way...for a football game!!!  And we have fans bitching about a one hour ride.

Lol well guess we might as well just skip to week 4 I’ll just prepare myself for this 90-0 beating we’re about to receive ...hope we rebound well the season can spiral out of control after such a onslaught.

Between 2006-2013, I believe Forest Hill won only 6 regular season games.  Since 2014, the 7A Falcons have won 25. Last year, they played in only their third playoff game in school history.
But they could never beat district foe, Dwyer, right?  Well, in 2015, playing #1 state-ranked Dwyer, Forest Hill was ahead 10-7 in the closing minutes of the game.  Dwyer needed a fantastic catch on a 4th down conversion to keep alive a drive that allowed them to score a winning TD with only one minute remaining.
Forest Hill is off to a 2-0 start this season and could very well be undefeated when they face off with Dwyer next month.  Regardless of what happens, it has been a great turnaround for the Falcons.  Props to the players and coaching staff.

As I traveled up and down US 19 on my way from Clearwater to Tallahassee as a college student from 00-05 I made it my point of making stops in each county and if there was a HSFB near by I tried to catch one... Other than feeling like I was going back in time 10 years every county North I got until we hit Leon it was always an interesting ride.  I caught a Crystal River vs Citrus Game back when Citrus was actually a solid team.  Nice to see places where your not from and not likely to visit just for a high school game.  
Got me some Bear Country games too and also saw Legarrette Blount playing for Taylor County during that time.  All in all I think I hit up every county for a game on the way up except for Gilchrist because you only are in that county for about a mile then it switches to Levy.
