Any Unsportsmanlike Conduct Foul on a Non-Player or a team's sideline is charged to the Head Coach. 

Who is making these 'jokes", and what qualifications do these "comedians" have to rate and critique officiating and officials? 

The team that scored the most points won the game, that has happened in every game football since November 1869.  The "right" team always wins. 

Is there any chance of getting taxpayer funded insurance and pensions for officials similar to what police officers receive? 

Dan, when you call someone a "young man" you probably should narrow it down a little bit. Didn't you play against the 1935 teams that Longtime Observer mentioned in another thread?

Ray, on a free-kick (kickoff) that goes out-of-bounds untouched by the receiving team, the offended team has four options, 1. Take the ball 25 yards in advance of the kicking team's free-kick line 2. Take the ball 5 yards in advance of where the ball went out out-of-bounds 3. Take the ball on the yard line that the ball went out-of-bounds 4. Have K re-kick with a 5 yard penalty.  On a foul by the offensive team on a running play, the basic spot for penalty enforcement is either the spot of the foul if the foul is beyond the line-of-scrimmage, or the line-of-scrimmage if the foul is behind or at the line-of-scrimmage.

Algebra is completely worthless, correct? 

I told this message board what would happen, and I was right as I usually am. This officiating crew was held accountable by being suspended, and the Cocoa AD and Head Coach were given the apology that they deserved. The Tigers were not allotted the victory that they earned and deserved, but this was the best outcome under the rules and the circumstances. I wish that the underlying problems and issues that a situation like this exposes into the open could be discussed, but it cannot be on this message board. Hopefully, this never happens again.

I wouldn't find comfort in a Dictatorship spearheaded by anybody.  

I don't believe that a game can be overturned on appeal. The Rule Book clearly states that a Referee's decision is final and protests of rulings by officials afterword are not recognized. 

You are very welcome! I appreciate the gratitude that you show to the Education, lessons, and teaching that you, and every other message board poster, receives from me. 

You are correct on both of your posts. The game cannot be overturned, but the FHSAA can take other actions. Everyone should be held accountable for their actions, there are no excuses. (If it is determined this is really what happened in this game.)
