Would like to hear anyone's comments/opinions about this topic. Florida Universities got 55 players from FL high schools University of Miami-18 University of Florida-9 USF-9 FSU-8 FIU-5 UCF-4 FAU-2 Note: 16 of the 25 highest-rated FL hs seniors last year went to a university outside of Florida. Conferences & Individual Schools That Got FL HS Seniors Last Year Have listed individual schools below that got 2 or more FL players. Have bolded schools that got >5 players. Interesting that universities in Kentucky got 21 players. ACC (other than UM and FSU)-37 players (Louisville-11, NC St-4, UNC-3, UMD-3, Pitt-3, UVA-3, GA Tech-3, VA Tech-2, Clemson-2, Duke-2) Big 10-34 players (Indiana-7, Minnesota-5, Ohio St-4, , Michigan-3, ILL-3, Penn St-2, Rutgers-2, Northwestern-2) SEC(other than UF)-32 players (Kentucky-7, Alabama-4, Auburn-4, UGA-4, SC-3, Vandy-3, LSU-2, TEX A&M-2, Ole Miss-2) Big 12-10 players (Nebraska-6, OK-4) PAC 12-6 players (Stanford-5) Toledo-5 players Notre Dame-4 players Western Kentucky-3 Bowling Green-2 Other-12

  I expected somewhat of a better showing from Jesuit, but that was bad. It was a rout from the start to 3rd quarter (Varsity action). Lakeland dominated on all sides of the ball. Game was streamed on Jesuits Youtube link below for those interested.

  No live special teams, though kicks happened. Lakeland was without their starting QB, so they had to run a rather ugly looking sandlot/wildcat type offense. They just had playmakers make plays, with several plays where there appeared to be nothing but the back just juked the entire defense to daylight. Lakeland led 31-3 after 3 quarters, and it appeared both teams played backups in the 4th quarter.

  They are. I've had a chance to meet all 3. Tress was actually President of the University for a while. Just recently retired.

  I heard of that city before with other older college coaches . I think Stoops, Bo Pelini , and Tressel are from there.
