Which State Produces the Most Elite WR's?

It's got to be FL, right?  Not so fast. Louisiana could make a case, at least this year, producing 5 of the top 15 WR's in the SEC.  FL, AL, TX and TN have each produced 2.  The top 2 most productive WR's in the SEC to date both come from Louisiana, and both come from high schools you have likely never heard of.  But LSU and Alabama sure knew how to find them.   Keep in mind that Florida's population is nearly 5 times the size of Louisiana
