Right - I believe, from what I heard, TRU was only used because U-School wasn't having fall sports teams. I believe, again, from what I heard, the decision may have come from the higherups at Nova Southeastern University. 

Big shakeups in the coaching world this week! 
Following the recent news of Lake Gibson's HC returning to Flagler Palm Coast, his alma mater, we have some other shakeups: 
John Mohring will be coaching in Georgia next season, a move he noted will benefit his family and move his career forward Jimmy Clark, in his second stint atop the Suncoast program, announced his resignation today Following a 15 year stint on staff in some capacity, HC Daniel Luque is exiting University School

Just did a quick Google search and among the first few links: 
2020: 10 Wekiva players suspended (one for a year, nine others for five games). Wekiva gets no 2021 spring game and a $500 fine. Mitchell fined $500. 
2018: Five Lakewood and three Lehigh players suspended for six weeks. One player for one contest. Lakewood given a $1300 fine and Lehigh $500. 
2011: 10 Middleburg players (two out for a year, five for six weeks, three for one game) and 10 Leon players (four out for six weeks, three out for a year, article doesn't mention the other three's suspensions). Undisclosed fines for each school. 
 
 

Really, I don't know what you're trying to prove. IMG is a sports training facility that advertises that they train in a variety of sports. Part of this training of course means that they have to test their skills against other players and other teams. What would you have them do play only scrimmages against themselves? IMG plays only some of the best teams in the country. They are not beating up on inferior teams like many of the other Florida powerhouse schools that pad their schedule and build their reputations playing mostly nobodies. IMO the teams they play against recruit big time so they are basically doing the same as IMG does except that IMG is honest about their intentions. Once again, IMG forces no team to play them and, although a member of FHSAA, they have agreed to not participate in any playoffs.  You have every right not to like them or their agenda. It's still a somewhat free country. But I, and others, have the right to like them and their agenda without having to apologize for it.
