Triple option vs single wing vs wing T

Which run heavy based offense is generally the most effective and hardest to stop and why?

Depends on HS or College. High School level I would say Wing T because of the play action passing game and multiple shifts, misdirection etc. College I would say triple option because of ability to cut block i.e. Georgia Tech. Single Wing is tough but not enough passing game to keep people honest. Just my opinion.
