Lakeland 77, Lake Minneola 48

Lakeland took a knee inside the LM 10 to close the game, after having four (4) TDs called back by penalty, and still managed to win 77-48. It was a record-breaking night on many counts. Most combined points in a game (125), most yards by Lakeland (766), most rushing yards by Lakeland (642), most combined yards (1373). In truth, at full strength and focus, Lakeland is a really good offensive team and an average defense. They scored more points than any other team against Miami Norland, St. Joseph's Prep (who played IMG) and several other teams. But, teams with a huge OL and legit running and passing attacks can light them up pretty well. I have no idea what'll happen against Buchholz or Venice if we make it to them. Have to hope the Lake Minneola OL is better than Buchholz and Venice (possible, but can't say for sure).
