Interestingly enough Paul Quinn was the only head coach to win a title in the 60s and go on to win a championship in a future decade

 

The other coaches to win state in the 60s wouldn't win another title after leaving the decade

Correction 

 

Gene Cox won in 69 and 74 so him and Quinn are only championship coaches from the 60s to win state after the decade completed and both have Columbia ties
