Do you trade him,  do you cut him,  do you wait him out,  do you break bank to sign him?

The depth chart thing is more of a procedural move. They'd do the same thing if Big Ben was holding out. It's just paperwork.

 

Me personally? I'd offer him a multi-year deal. Bell is a game-changer. Any RB can get the job done be he can change games. I think you'd have to pay him and lock him up. If he doesn't want to sign a deal, you have to trade him so he doesn't walk away for nothing.

I would pay the man...

If for some reason the deal cannot be done or the damage is irreconcilable then I ask for 2'1 and 2'2 or something... I defintely get a 1 and 2 this year but probably a 1 or a 2 the next as well... Bell is worth that and more.
