Throw out Records/Rankings for Miami-Dade in the Playoffs

What happened last night with Northwestern and Central is not an unusual scenario.  In 6 of the past 15 years, the district champion did not advance in the playoffs.  That is why I chuckle a bit when I see all of the hype about rankings during the regular season, at least when it comes to these teams.

one cannot sleep in Norland, either.  The Vikings pulled off upsets over district champion Northwestern last year and district champion Carol City in 2015.
