High School bowl games at Florida Atlantic University

On December 27, Trinity Christian will play the Washington State 3A state champs at noon.  At 4, Miami Central will play the Washington State 4A state champs and at 8 pm, Booker T Washington will play Utah Bingham.  With the exception of the Trinity Christian game, all of the teams are top 25 teams.  Should be a good show

Bingham is the prize catch among the three visitors, no doubt, and Bingham-Washington is clearly the main event.

But I think you'll find the Washington state teams to be worthy opponents. Bellevue has been the big name up here for a long time, and I'm sure the organizers were hoping they would win out again and accept the invitation. That would have created more buzz and sold more tickets. But Eastside Catholic beat them fair and square and beat them badly in the 3A title game, and Bothell also is a better team than Bellevue this year. You're definitely getting our two best teams.

I have no doubt that the Washington teams will be very very good.  As I said, it should be a great show.

I have to say despite Aquinas not being in it I am very excited for these matchups. Wish more teams were involved but I think as time goes on more teams will get involved from more states.

I agree with this post. Trinity vs Eastside will be as good or better than the BYW vs Bingham. Not sure about Bothel vs MC but I have a feeling that this one will be a good game also. I just hope this Bowl series goes really well and it makes the investor's money so that they do it again next year. I was planning on going to all the games but I will be going to my son-in-laws dads funeral instead. I do have it on record so I will watch them the very first chance I get. I just hope I have enough discipline to not look up the scores before I get to watch the games.

If attendance is their main way of making money they are losing big time.  Here's hoping there are plenty of sponsorship dollars from Burger King
