Comical...trying to be hard    ... coming from a kid that grew up in a gated community in Coral Springs.  Letting Dillard 10th grade  DBs get to him....There are several DBs in Broward that own Grimes going all the way back to youth football.  He know's who they are.

Yes, he is .  I believe he moved in 5th or 6th grade.  Saw him grow through the AYFL league when he played for Coral Springs.

According (and courtesy) to Campus Insiders. he is expected to make his decision on 8/24.  Ohio State is apparently the likely choice - for what it's worth.  Wherever he goes, some team will have themselves a damn good WR for the next couple years.
