I second that opinion as that dynamic is amplified in our community not with triple the population growth but more like 50X what it was in 1970.  Clearly the WDW effect adding lots of people, without the corresponding increase in football talent, coaching, resources, all the various things you might think would improve in this arena.  Thank God for our feeder programs otherwise we would be toast.

Thought I'd throw in the GA/FLA game happening in South Florida this weekend. Miami Columbus takes on GA AAAA state champs Benedictine Military at Tropical Park this Friday night. This completes the home and away series. Last season Columbus traveled to GA to and came home with a convincing 42-27 decision.

Should be a good game as Benedictine looks for some revenge and Columbus looks to shake an ugly quarterfinal thrashing at the hands of Venice. Let's hope we get a game in before the lightning.
