Who Is This FL HS Legend in the Photo? Shannon Snell/Hillsborough

Here's some love for our lineman out there.  This fellow was an All-American for the Gators as well as an All-American in high school. He was one of the most highly recruited hs offensive lineman in the country the year he graduated.  His pro career never took off.  Who is he and at what central FL hs did he play in the 90's?
