Great QB Duels of the State Finals

Each of these two schools came into the title game at 14-0.   One was looking to win its first state title ever.  The other was trying for its third state title. In one of the greatest qb duels in FHSAA state finals history, the teams combined for nearly 750 yards of offense, a state record at the time.  One qb broke a state final record.  The other qb completed 17 passes for 3 TD's and well over 200 yards, and ran for one TD.

The game was decided on the last play of the game.  One of those qb's, destined for NCAA fame, was stopped short of the goal line on a fourth down qb run.

Who were the two teams and who were their qb's?

Don't know about the stats, but Tim Tebow and unheralded Justin Hickman from Armwood had a great QB battle in 2005.

That was an exciting game.  I was coaching college that year up in Jacksonville.  Me and my wife drove down to Miami to watch.  Of course, I had just left coaching at Armwood after the prior season, so I had incentive to go.
