Petty sure I saw him play back in 1999 and 2000 against my high schoo (when he was a sophomore and Junior)l... I will give some people a chance to play along though.

It is Devin Hester, shown above playing for Rivera Beach Suncoast, where he was a prep All-American who did everything...running back, wide receiver, kick returner and defensive back.  Rushed for 1,014 yards on 105 carries and caught 28 passes for 1,005 yards and five TDs.   He was a standout track athlete as well.  He was an All-America selection in his sophomore year at Miami, where he played both ways.   Ultimately went on to a stellar career in the NFL, where he was known for his kick returning skills.
