Watch for Jr WR Allen Miller #8 tonight. This young man, who is a transfer from Forest HS, is the leading receiver on this Celtic team. He is big and strong and has an uncanny way of getting open and catching anything that is thrown his way. I look forward to watching him do his stuff tonight.

The Celtics won't have it easy against a good 4A Raider team that is 3-0. I do, however, think they have the ability to defeat SS.

What a game. 7-0 SS in first quarter. 7-7 at the half. 20-7 Celtics end of the third quarter. 20-20 with 5 minutes to go. Celtics driving inside SS 20 and RB hit hard, Fumbles, SS player picks up fumble and races 80 yards for the score. Still Celtics start driving with under 2 minutes to play. However, two or three penalties push the Celtics back into their own territory. Center hikes the ball over Celtic QB's head and SS player falls on it with less than a minute to play. SS runs out the clock. Final score 27-20 SS. South Sumter is a good team and they fought back hard when they were down 20-7. They have two big RB's that made the difference. Both are over 6 feet and weigh in at 230 or so. If there was one instance in the game that changed everything it was when our WR caught a TD in the end zone but the ref called it out. That would have put us up 27-7 and would have really made it a long climb back for SS.

Once again.

Trinity Christian Academy (TCA) is a parochial school in Jacksonville and is the one that has been in the 3A championships over the last couple of years.

Trinity Catholic High School (OTC) is a parochial school in Ocala and is a 3A team that has been struggling the last couple of years after being in four championship games since the team began in 2002.
