Floyd Mayweather vs Conor Mcgregor

The entire fight is skewered toward Floyd. They are using standard boxing rules and regulations right down to the 8 oz boxing gloves. AT the least I think to make it fair he should agree to the 4 oz MMA gloves. Lets see if he can take punches with the MMA type of gloves.

I hope you guys don't pay for this stuff.....

Too many higher powers and money involved for it to be 100% authentic IMO.  The opening stage already looks like a Wrestlemania event.

When I see washed up guys  like Klitschko still making guaranteed paydays of 25 million per fight and Jon Jones net worth is about 10 million.

Guys like Canelo Alvarez and Amir Kahn salaries even probably dwarf any of the MMA fighters.....

This fight will pay McGregor more than he has ever earned or could fathom in MMA.  Why didn't the fool just become a boxer in the first place?

Lol i was laughin at this bro but u is right tho

My point is McGregor probably attempted to box early but was just never good enough  - so he went MMA.

Boxing is a significantly  higher lever of professionalism and that is why they are paid significantly more.  The fewer people in the world that can do a specific skill-set generally results in a higher demand, thus salary.

It is a lot harder to get to the top as a boxer than a MMA fighter.  Give me a NFL LB like Ray Lewis in his prime, juice him up and let him train MMA for two years and he is probably a instant heavyweight contender.  Have him train to box for 2 years and he has a uphill battle.

I will add however that if  I was betting on this fight, I think the best value is McGregor +600 by T/KO .

Why wouldn't the higher powers want this fight to be set up for a sequel?

If Mayweather ends this fight in the first few rounds there will likely not be another payday for him.  If McGregor wins in any shape form or if the fight goes 7+ rounds, there will likely be a sequel and another payday for both fighters.  Everybody wins and will be partying together after the fight as they know fish of the sea will suck up more bait.

It will end with 10 round decision for Mayweather

The voters already bought off so only way Conor wins is tko or knockout and doubt Mayweather lets him hit enough to get knocked out

Anyone who thinks Mayweather knocks Conor out is crazy, Mayweather don't put enough force to knock people out anymore, he knows he doesn't have to, he knows all he has to is not get knocked out and he wins

Wish fights were like they are in the Rocky movies, these Mayweather fights are boring to watch

And if anyone gonna spend money,  get ucf ppv, the fighting there much better

Dont forget a guy like Brock Lesnar who mainly only has a wrestling background became heavyweight champion in UFC

Thing with UFC is you can work around weaknesses as long as you have something to replace it with

If you not a good boxer you can be a submission specialist or kickboxer or wrestler or whatever else they strong at

In boxing either you can box or you can't

I would love for Floyd to ko Conor because i know why "The people" want him to lose but if he win by. Split Decision then a rematch is invitable

No sequel unless Mayweather loses, but does he really need another payday after this... I mean he is looking at over $250,000,000 at the end of this easily. He is 40 years old. Can retire at a nice round number of 50-0... I mean what else does he have to prove at this point. His career earnings will be nearing $1 billion.

It's true. In one of the press conferences, Dana White "suggested McGregor could retire from fighting after this bout" because of how much money he'll be making.

There are articles written that say Mayweather owes $25 million to the IRS and can't pay it. Guess he bought too much bling.

Not ducking fighters

Ducking during the fight

This whole hoping around the ring with light jabs and clinching until the voters hand you a victory is why the sport has gone downhill
