Hi I'm really looking for the kinds of activities, training, learning, etc. And typical timing in a practice day of preseason high school football. I'm not looking for secrets. If position matters, I am hoping to understand a preseason practice day for a wide receiver. Thanks for your help.

I'm not exactly sure

Are you asking how to set up a two a day practice or find out regulations for one

If it's regulations i suggest contacting the fhsaa

If it's setup i would suggest asking coaches from around the state through email or phone and see what they say

I would help further but I have no coaching experience

Thanks. I appreciate the reply. I've done a lot of research and reading (its for a novel) but its a bit fuzzy in the preseason prep (at least for high school). I'll take your advice and talk to a coach or two, and a couple of players as well. Thanks

If it's for a novel, I'd be sure to mention that up front.
