Only two head coaches in the history of the FHSAA have ever won state titles at two different schools in the same county.  One coached in south Florida and the other coached in north Florida.

Who are they and at what schools did they win their state titles?

Billy Rolle

MNW, Miami Killian and Miami Southridge

He is also in the elite club of winning state championships in 3 different decades if i recall correctly

Carl Madison is other one.  He won state at pine Forest and Tate

Billy Rolle is the only Florida coach to win state title at 3 different schools, all in Miami-Dade County...Northwestern 1998 6A title, Killian 2004 6A title, and Southridge 2016 8A title.  He had a career record of 172-53.  The Coral Gables High School graduate played at FAMU and in the USFL and CFL.

Carl Madison won state titles at two schools in Escambia County...the 1980 Class 4A title at Tate and back-to-back Class 5A state titles in 1987-88 at Pine Forest.  The 1988 Eagle team was named as national champions by USA Today, and Madison earned the title of the National High School Football Coach of the Year.  He also won a state title at Milton High prior to the FHSAA and won 2 state titles as a coach in Alabama.  Madison played at Escambia High and Texas Tech.  He had an overall record of 326-129-7 as a head coach, and was 291-97-6 in the state of Florida.  He is one the most winning coaches in the history of Florida high school football.

Good job ColumbiaFan!:)
