Counties who had 3 or more teams playing for a state final in one year

Some interesting facts:

• Only twice has a county had 4 teams playing for a state title-bolded below.
• Miami-Dade is the only county to ever have 4 state champions in one year.  Palm Beach could have won 4 state titles in 2009 if not for some team named Glades Central!
• Miami-Dade has had 3 or more teams playing for a state title 6 different times...Broward 5 times...Palm Beach and Polk Counties 4 times each.

Palm Beach has had 3 state champions in one year on 3 different occasions-2006, 2007 and 2009.  Miami-Dade is the only other county to ever have 3 or more state champions in one year.  They did that once, with 4 state champions in 2013.

Broward, Duval, Hillsborough and Polk have each had 2 state champions in one year.

I think that fourth quarter win by Cocoa in 2010 put the Raiders over the edge.  They haven't been the same sense.

They got a lil revenge on Rockledge in the playoffs but it wasn't the same as when The Rock ended that streak lol. They finally got a game with Cocoa for some get back but it turned out the same way as before lol. Maybe they can go up to Cocoa and Rockledge next season.
