Who Is This FL HS Legend? Fred Marion/Buchholz High

One of the best defensive players ever to come out of the Gainesville area.  He went on to become a NCAA All-American and had a successful career in the NFL, including one year as a Pro Bowler.   

Who is he ?

Where did he play in high school?

Where did he play in college?

Where did he play in the NFL?

My guess would be Fred Marion, who played at college football at Miami, and in the NFL for the New England Patriots, but I am probably wrong.

No, Jambun, you are correct.  That is Fred Marion.   But you forgot to list where he played in high school.  Fred was a Buchholz Bobcat.  At one point, he played on the same team as James Harris, who went on to have a decent collegiate career at FSU.

It is Fred Marion, who played at Buchholz High.  He was an All-American at the U and had a very successful career as a Safety with the Patriots.

The reason why I did not list where he played high school football was because I didn't know what school he played for. I recognized the photo and the number.
