Apopka was actually luck to win this game. They got beat in the trenches and all their scores were either big plays that went for touchdowns, or big plays that set up scores. Wekiva had better sustained drives. I don't know what the time of possession was for each team, but would not be surprised if it was a 2-1 margin in favor of Wekiva. 

 

Apopka is still undefeated in the regular season; but must now go back and assess what tonight's game says. Wekiva is a talented team, with decent skill players and very good offensive and defensive lines. If they play like they did against Apopka, they will be runner up in the District.
