Quick note for those reading her post: the Calvary she refers to is the Clearwater one, not the Fort Lauderdale one which was a really good indy team and a 2-2 team this year.

Sarasota Cardinal Mooney's playoff chances just went from really, really good to very poor after they self reported an illegal player earlier today per the Herald Tribune (see link below). Mooney basically went from 3-1 to 1-3; they play Bradenton Southeast, Winter Haven and then a huge rivalry game at Clearwater Central Catholic as 3 of their last 4 games. Basically, they would need to win out and pick up some category 1 wins.

Tough blow for the Cougar program.
