By the way there is a huge gap between FCS and D2.  Significantly larger then FBS and FCS.

 

And like I said, I have not seen any of the South FL QBs, but if he is the best, then this will be a bad year. for QBs in South Florida. As for Palm Beach County, he is the only known returning QB. So right now, he would be considered the best.

I agree. I need to look more into Dade and Broward to see what they have down there
