It is Feleipe Franks, who played for Wakulla High School.  In 2015, as a senior, he led his team to a 13-2 record and reached the Class 5A State Championship Game.  He threw for 2766 yards with 35 touchdowns; also had 28 carries for 245 yards and four touchdowns, and was the kicker for all kickoffs and field goals.  He participated in the 2016 US Army All-American Bowl and was a 2015 Elite 11 Finalist. 

He is currently a qb for the Florida Gators.  He started 8 games last year, throwing for 1,438 yards with 9 touchdowns and 8 interceptions on the season.
