Can we get some inside info??  Any of the ineligible players important?  Crazy news before the big game!

Damn! But aside from losing their unbeaten record, it does not have much effect since these were non district games. Even if Central beats them, they should still get an at large birth given their schedule strength. So it looks like these were two international students. How does that even make sense? Not much American football is played outside this country on a competitive basis.

No idea, maybe a kid moved to the area from the Caribbean?  I don't see it either.   Carol City gets local transfers never heard of them getting anything international.

Maybe, but it usually takes a year or two for kids from Haiti or Jamaica to pick up the game, by which time they should have normalized their status and been good to play.

But they know football down their tho all my family be talkin bout it with me and they even got basketball courts out their and I'm like dam its like I never even left the states

They know the game. But have not played competitively. It takes some transition time. Anyway, I still find it strange that this had to do with two international players.

A lot of both Haitians and Jamaicans in the Carol City/Norland area. In general a lot of Caribbean people live in that area. CC is luck that the forfeits were not two district games. But even if it were, chances are they would still make the playoffs though it may have been as a 7 or 8 seed.

Carol City does not have 10-11 FBS Commits on there defense, period. STA does. Ask STA if Central can ball!

STA had also never played Central ever.   Central’s running game out of the spread is a thing of beauty and they’d never faced it.   STA thought, like we all did, that they’d be able to stuff the run, but Central just spread them out and STA didn’t adjust.

Carol City plays Central 1-2 times a year.   They know what’s coming.
