As for Dillard were not lookin over ANYONE were taking it 1 game at a time. But as a former player & fan to be in this possible position is unfamiliar and it feels great. 
 

after having so much history championships & tradition & to struggle in mediocrity for the past 18 years it’s been tough but after our bye week this week we have a chance to go UNDEFEATED (10-0 for the first time in SCHOOL HISTORY. last time we had 9 wins was in “89” we went on to lose to ely In the soul bowl but we won states that year. 
 

not only do Dillard have a chance to rewrite that wrong this year but we also have a few interesting  Potential matchups along the way; the rematch with Miami central have been talked about since last year ended & even more this year. But as things continue to finalize with these rankings we (Dillard) can be on a collision course with a undefeated Naples team. And if both teams win their next two games final game regular season & 1st round playoff games Naples will be coming in (10-0) & Dillard Will be (11-0) talk “game of the week” 

but as I stated we still have a long way to go before that game in possibly 3 weeks. Right now we will just continue to rest up heal up & get ready for a soul bowl game that is gonna do numbers the trash talk had been going on for weeks both schools are gonna tail gate & both teams will love nothing more then to crush the other especially ely to give us our first lost; but as a panther I’m loving every minute of all of this LETTTSSSSSS GOOOOOOO PANTHERS!!!!

Hopefully Dillard will be successful in their quest for the state title. It's a long haul where one misstep along the way can make you an also ran. Even if Dillard does not manage to make it that far the team can be proud of what they have done in 2019. I'm quite sure that the college recruiters have been eying Dillard players all along and going undefeated and into the playoffs does help with their outlook quite a bit.

I agree most had us finishing 7-3 at worst (6-4) and to b one win away from (10-0) is amazing we have a chance to get past the 1st round for the first time since 2013 and a chance to advance past the 2nd round for the 1st time since 01.  So even if we doing hoist that state title trophy this year Dillard has most definitely turned a corner.
