Which FL HS is a QB away from being good?

I know this is last minute, but I know a legit QB looking to transfer to a Florida HS. 6'4 junior, good speed, great arm. Pro style kid. Are there any high schools out there that have players but need a distributor?

Have him fly into any major city in FL and I am sure he will find multiple suitors.

I can think of at least one team here in Central Florida that has made back to back to back deep runs that could use one. But I certainly would not aid and abet a rival.

Maybe he should have his parents move to a city of their choice in Florida and enroll him in the local high school. From there, he can take his chances on quarterbacking their football team. I've seen some "legit" QB's move to Central Florida and unfortunately "legit" wasn't quite good enough to win a starting QB position.
