Img played 9 regular season games,  who the freak plays 9 games by choice?

And i could have sworn i saw somewhere before the game that img was going to count that as 10th game because keep in mind they independent so they can schedule as many games and count them as they choose to do so, so that game could have counted if they wanted to therefore i count it as a loss

Well Miami Central played 8 last year, but that wouldn't help your statement...;)

And we all said it was dumb on their part

So "dumb" when Miami Central plays 8 games with basically a cupcake non-district schedule but when IMG plays 9 powers including travelling nationally - it doesn't hold  the credibility of say a team like Columbia playing their 10 game 2016 schedule?

You obviously missing the point

Why would a team who can schedule as many games as they want only schedule 9

Last year IMG played 13 games if i counted right and almost had another 1

So why schedule 9 the year before when you could count the AHP and have a 10 game schedule?

Central beating Bishop Gorman just made this game a lot more interesting. Pass rush of Central is going to put IMG to test. Hurried QB's tend to throw more Int's.

Chandler had an excellent pass rush the entire game and it did upset IMG's QB some of the time. It was the rest of the time that really mattered. IMG's WR's were well covered but still manged to bring home a victory for IMG. Those receivers are so good that it doesn't matter how much pressure you put on the QB. A quick toss over the middle has the ability to be taken to the house on every play. Plus the IMG receivers know how to come down with the ball on longer passes. If Chandler couldn't get it done against IMG then Central won't either.

Arizona as a whole is down from last year

That team isn't as strong as the Chandler team from last year was

Maybe the scheduled 9 games cause no one else wanted to play them and that's all they where able to get .

Then why wouldn't they count the game with AHP

The game would help them more in rankings by winning then as a kickoff classic and since img don't participate in playoffs then it leaves them only eligible to win a national championship and playing only 9 games when you will have tons of teams going 14-0 or 15-0 it Will likely hurt their chances of winning it

No you're the one missing the point.

You don't even understand your own words:

"Why would a team who can schedule as many games as they want only schedule 9"

Again, they can schedule as many games as they want.  Perhaps IMG simply wanted 9 games that year?

Why would they only schedule 9 though?

Are you aware that some states only play 8 or 9 games seasons?

Everyone has their own agenda.  How did Columbia benefit by playing 10 games versus 9 last year?

Correct. New York State High schools only play 8 games unless they are in the playoffs. No preseason. No KO Classics. They start their season the first week of September.
