Toriano Morgan heading home to Dillard

Dillard does have their new guy, an alum of the school in Toriano Morgan who is coming off a 4-year stint at Virginia Union University. Looking at what he did as an offensive coordinator, hopefully, he can inject some life into the Dillard offense that we all knew struggled during the 2017 season.

Since 2000, it seems like so many of the public school programs in the Fort Lauderdale area, ie Dillard, Ely, Deerfield, Boyd Anderson, S Plantation,  have had challenges keeping a head coach for more than a few years at a time.  Is it true, or is my perception wrong?

If it is true, why are they having such a hard time keeping someone?  Dade seems to do a little better in this department.  When Dillard had longer-term coaches back in the 80's and 90's, like Otis Gray, they were a terror.  I think a Fort Lauderdale area public school has made the finals only once since 2000.  Amazing considering how much talent is there.
