Treasure Coast playing well with Cocoa

Everyone knows how I feel about coaching consistency.  Well, Irvin Jones is entering his 9th season at Treasure Coast and look at the results.  After losing to Cocoa last season 55-7, they turn around and stun Cocoa with a last-minute TD.

In 2015, Treasure Coast lost to Osceola 41-8 in the first round of the playoffs, and the following year they returned the favor, stunning an undefeated Osceola in the first round.

Next week, TC hosts Mainland, who has started 0-2 for the first time since 2010.  Could TC do it again?  The Titans installed the single wing before the 2015 season.  Mainland's D really struggled last night against Bob Jones of Alabama.

As far as Cocoa is concerned, 34 points???  Last year, the Cocoa D gave up no more than 21, and only Bishop Gorman has hung that many on Cocoa in the past 2 seasons.

I was surprised to see the score of this game. I was unable to attend due to work, and I assumed Cocoa would win easily. Imagine my surprise.

If they beat cocoa and mainland in the same season but Vero turn around and beat TC, that would be huge.....

Mainland is 0-2, no wonder why Vero was trying to play them back in the spring lol
