Who Is This Famous FL hs qb?

The most productive qb to come out of the area of the state from Tallahassee westward played at a school that had limited playoff success with him at the helm...no fault of his own.  One might argue he is not "famous," but had he played for a top-ranked team, no doubt he would have been much better known.

At the time he graduated, in the mid 2000's, he was #3 on the list of Florida qb's with the most career passing yards.  His father was a famous hs coach who led that same high school to multiple state titles.

Don't know the QB, but can I guess the team of NFC? Not too many teams tallahassee west that have multiple championships through the 80s and 90s and early 00's

I know this is a tough one if muckboy ain't getting it.  The fellow in question played didn't play at a private school.

It is Tanner Jones, who played for his father and famous coach JD Jones at Wakulla High in Crawfordville.  Tanner graduated in 2006 with over 7700 career passing yards.  He went on to play college call at Troy.  Tanner has been the head coach at Taylor High in Perry for the past 4 years, and led them to an 8-4 season this past year.
