I don't know if this was posted or not because I've been super busy but my prayers go out to Cypress Bay.

Suicide or high/drunk?

You don't stand in the road on I-95 anywhere in the state, but least of all when you are in South Florida. 

Anyway, my condolences to the Cypress Bay community and his family, friends and colleagues.

I saw a picture of what appears to be the accident scene and if he was broken down there, he was in a bad place since there is construction nearby.
