They lost relatively close games to two strong opponents. LG could still rebound and have a solid season. Both of the games were on the road, which may have impacted the results.

Watched the highlights of the Lowndes game and Lake Gibson will definitely give teams fits and had every opportunity to pull out the win.

I know Georgia has Florida’s #!!! That tough start for Gibson, like Central, is gonna make em better!

LG lost the Lowndes game when they roughed the punter and gave Lowndes the ball back up 3. 
 

Lowndes drive was extended and they scored a few plays later. 
 

Had LG protected the return and chewed up a lot of clock, they could have either scored and put the game out of reach, or made it to where Lowndes only had one more drive to score. 
 

Bad coaching at the end blew the game. This could be the worst Lowndes team in a decade.

LG now has as many losses after week 2 as they did all last year

The season is still young.  The Braves will be fine as I would easily rate them in the upper echelon of Polk teams.  They should have won that damn game though.
