5A Stanton out of Jax

We play this team next Friday. Have never heard of them before. However they seem to be one of the oldest high schools in Florida. Noticed that they have "Payton Manning" listed on their roster as their QB for 2018 as well as 2017. Cannot find any stats on him and Maxpreps and Hudl have no videos on him. I'm sure that he's not related to THE Peyton Manning as the spelling of his name is not the same. Can anyone advise about this team and whether Payton Manning is actually their QB. If not, who is their QB?

Stanton is usually a team that is not very good,  just never able to pull a lot of talent

Didn't you hear Peyton Manning is making a comeback?  He is doing it the hard way, though, starting over in high school.  He transferred from Suwannee to Stanton, so ya'll in big trouble.

The strange thing is that he is listed on their 2018 roster but there does not seem to be any info on him. The team has no stats and videos on him like they do with other players. You would think, if he's not the QB, they would at least list another QB. 

True, Stanton doesn't seem to play a difficult schedule for a 5A team. But, the team doesn't look half bad on video I've seen.

It’s the “best” public school in the city for academics. They actually have a decent coach now so they should be well coached and they’ll have 3-4 athletes. Peyton Manning is their QB coach

They don't list Manning as a coach. Also they show three other QBs on their roster. Maxpreps shows Payton Manning as a QB on  their roster for 2018 and also for 2017 but no team stats. Very strange situation.
