The Muck

Last night Central lost 43-0 to Kings academy.  Glades day lost 45-0 to Somerset.  These were two of the winningest programs in the state and I think this is a new low.  Central got shut out by moore haven a couple of weeks ago.  This is like 25 years from now seeing Miami Central lose 45-0 to St brendan.  Its just unthinkable.

All things human come to an end. Today's winningest programs could easily be tomorrow's punching bags in a decade or two. We never know what the future holds.

In the case of the "muck" economic changes have lead to demographic changes which are largely responsible for the current state of muck football, excluding Pahokee, which still fields decent, if not all world, teams.
