Norland vs Mainland

that first game is nuts.  2 of the 3 best 5A teams meeting in the first round.   That's crazy.   GIbbons and Jones is a picken game IMO and with Jones at home it could be a first round exit for Gibbons.  

Man they need to find a better seeding system.

Normally Jones in this spot would play AHP or cardinal gibbons now they may play both

 

Means we get better games throughout the playoffs and 6a region 4 is a gauntlet, gonna be great games there

Next they need to move half the games to Saturday so high school fans can make another local game besides their own.

None in Brevard as far as I know. Would love to see MCC,Cocoa, and Rockledge play but same night as Viera.

Yeah but you have two of the best 3-4 teams in 5A playing in round one?  If this class was super deep then that's great, but damn.

Region 2 of 5a is basically Clay and Baker County but region 1 is deep and region 4 got some solid teams at top with AHP, CG, and Jones

Normally, both those teams should be getting to a Regional final. This year one exits after the first round. The irony is that both would be favored to make the 4A title or at least the semi final since they are in the same region as Cocoa.

Totally agree. Was thinking about going up to Mainland to watch the game this Friday since Cocoa plays on Thursday night. Can't make the rest but I can cheer for Mainland during at least one playoff game. LOL.

Come on up 'Cat.  Homeside(south end with press box) old man, white hair, glasses, talking $hit, row 25-30, 40yrd line towards LPGA Blvd. Can't promise a great game, but words of wisdom will be flying from all corners
